The star of this intensive foot cream is the hemp oil - cannabis sativa seed oil. Hemp oil is a fantastic ingredient for foot cream, as it contains high levels of omegas-3, 6 and 9. The fatty acid compound from the omega-6 is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA): a powerful and effective anti-inflammatory, which also encourages skin growth and new cell generation.

Hemp seed oil is a natural humectant, which means it seals in moisture.

Dry and cracked feet are a common complaint, especially at the heels. This heavy-duty foot cream replaces moisture to very dry skin and soothes and rehydrates skin, and even conditions nails.

Other crucial ingredients to help your dry, cracked feet include olive oil, shea butter and cocoa butter. Olive oil has excellent emollient properties, coupled with a lipid profile which is very similar to human skin. Shea butter has high levels of oleic, linoleic and stearic acids - all of which combine to fight environmental toxins and help generate new skin cells. Finally, coca seed butter contains coca mass polyphenols - an antioxidant which improves skin elasticity, soothe sensitive skin and help with signs of aging.

Instructions: apply a small amount to feet, including heels and other areas of dry skin and massage into the skin. Reapply as necessary. For an extra intensive treatment, apply at bedtime and cover with cotton socks overnight.
